      Two interview process and they go thru lot of questions which are real time based . But got second round cancelled in short notice. process is good but sometime people cancel interview without proper notice

      Comprehensive interview. Difficulty level was moderate to high. There are 2+1 rounds of interviews. I am sharing my experience for the first rounds. The sad part was though they claim the process to be very transparent and recorded. They dont share feedback after the step . Not even in email - which I believe is very sahdy and rude behaviour.

Difference between Iterative and incremental SDLC Different Agile methodologies Situational question Conflict resolution techniques Absolute and relative estimation technique Backlog Prioritizations technique Definition for release on demand Retrospective tools and effective use of retro with example. How do yo persuade team to adopt towards Scrum Push/pull method of Kanban Lead Time vs Cycle Time Story Writing Techniques Different Matrix- about burn charts Cumulative flow diagram - What does it show, and few more around these graphs?

      First L1 is virtual based interview on their own Interview platform. easy to access but you can change the virtual backgrounds. I have been interviewed by Release train manager and he is having good knowledge on the SAFe framework

Story point Prioritization techniques - MOSCO Next-> how do you see visually, which is must have, shoud have...ect in JIRA board ? (priority visualisation) what is Kanban Swimlane What is Push and pull systems? Kanban Principles and what is WIP limit ? User story Splitting types, more question on vertical splitting ? what is team perf metrics How to do record o check the happiness metrixs in Jira retro techniques ? what the quality metrics you check before testing is stated (after Dev team is finished) what is the percentage you should achieve to pass the unit testing ? what is the RCA technique you use in Inspect and adapt event ? what is ROAM ? what is relative and actual estimation, and major differences? why we use febonacci - why this is relative estimation ? what are the extra teams in SAFe when you compare with Scrum ? what will you do in IP sprint ? few more questions on Kanban...!

      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EPAM Systems (Bengaluru) en janv. 2024

      Entretien

      First round was General interview. Second round was Technical Interview with situation and basic of scrums Third round was Managerial. Interviewer looked grumpy.Questions asked was more on technical level than behavioural or typical project management questions Clearly there was no match to job description in their posting. She was in argument mode..Waste of time and organisation. Do not encourage to attend their interview . Waste of time. Bunch of frustrated managers sitting and working from Poland
