J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez EPAM Systems (Agartala) en juill. 2025
Entretien
I interviewed with EPAM for an Intern + FTE role. My interviewer was a Data Engineer, and he first explained the role and expectations clearly. The discussion started with my project and internship experience at NIC as a Frontend Developer.
He then moved into DBMS, where I was asked to design a database for the frontend I had built and write a few related SQL queries.
Next, he gave me a coding question — to find the maximum repeating character in a string (excluding spaces).
Finally, he tested CS fundamentals like OOP concepts and deeper DBMS topics.
Overall, the interview was structured, professional, and focused on fundamentals. The interviewer was friendly and guided me whenever needed.
Verdict: A smooth and fair interview process focusing on projects, databases, problem-solving, and core CS subjects.
