Awful. A bunch of people who are so stuck up and so into themselves. It's an awful environment. I don't know how else to describe this. It's a very bad process.

Observed the Runner team for 1-1.5 hours in the kitchen where they made some tea / coffee for clients. Spent most the time talking to them to know more about the job / gauge their opinions on it. Followed by a interview with two people. It was a fairly casual conversation and most people were really chatty / friendly :)
