Really quick process. They wanted me in presential for the interview asap whereas I was still working (in 3-4 working days) at 4 hours by transports. Impossible to do it via Teams. Their labs are 20 minutes by train + 20 minutes by walk from Brussels Midi. I found very disrepectful to be flexible to come in Brussels and not to have any answer by mail. They have refunded my trip, but during 1 month I paused my other candidatures, to have just an automatic mail "Unfortunately the recruitment process for this position has been closed". I tried to call them several times, without any answer. Refusing a candidate is okay. The smallest of things is to warn him. They told me I would receive a mail in 2 weeks, nothing happened. Finally, I did 8 hours of transports in one day, to be the most flexible for them, and had no contact thenceforward the 30-minute interview was finsished. That is totally not normal.

Elke ronde prettige gesprekken gehad, helaas nooit meer iets gehoord. Eerste ronde (CV + motivatie) werd snel opgevolgd door een telefonisch geprek. Hierna meer dan een maand gewacht op vervolggesprek waarop nooit terugkoppeling is gegeven.
