Online application, online testing, then 30 min phone interview and then assessment center. Phone interviewer was relaxed and asked mainly about industry and why I would be a good fit for role.
Applied online and was invited for an assessment day which comprised of group activities and individual after which I was invited for an interview with the hiring managers in London.
