My experience during the interview process was quite disappointing. One of the interviewers frequently interrupted my answers, which felt unprofessional, especially when I was addressing important questions. There was a noticeable lack of patience, as I was bombarded with new questions before I could even complete my responses.
Additionally, the company unexpectedly changed the role's tenure from a permanent position to just a one-year contract, which was concerning. Despite investing a significant amount of time and effort into the interview process, I was left in limbo, with the feedback deadline being pushed back twice. It gave the impression that I was kept on hold until the company received a response from their "preferred" candidate.
In the end, the process felt very unprofessional, and after a month of involvement, no one bothered to provide any constructive feedback against rejection. This experience left me with a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices.
