The interview process at ENEA is structured into three clear stages:
Initial Call – A formal introductory conversation designed to assess your knowledge of relevant technologies and your suitability for the role.
Theory Assessment – A written test in which a set of questions is sent via email. You are required to provide solutions and return your responses by email.
Technical Interview – A detailed discussion with the manager and team leader. The questions are tailored to the level of the position applied for, ranging from basic to intermediate and advanced topics.
Additionally, situational questions may be asked at random to evaluate problem-solving and decision-making skills.
