Interview Process (TL;DR) -Initial phone call They invited me a web call but the link wasn't working so we had to talk through the phone -Technical Task it was ok but I've invited to the final interview without feedback - Final Interview * Live coding - Result After one day later the final interview, I got rejected with poor feedback without a reason with a common rejection message like we're looking for more experienced candidates... Recruitment Agency contacted me for an android developer position. Then I had the first interview with the team lead and hr, but a link wasn't working so I only talked with the team lead by phone. This interview took around 30 minutes about the company and how to approach any problem afterward they sent me a technical test as a next step. After I completed the test then I was invited to the final interview with the team lead and an android developer for an hour and the delivery manager for 30 mins.
