The most unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of the candidates that I've ever seen in my life. The first introduction interview was with a person from HR. I was under the impression that he didn't even read my resume before the interview. He was typing up my responses the entire time (which is fine if done discretely), and even asked me to slow down, as I was talking too fast and he couldn't type fast enough. He seemed disinterested and disengaged during the entire interview. I've accepted the invitation to the second interview only because I was passionate about IoT (which I shouldn't have done in hindsight after such an unprofessional first interview). The second interview was with the same person and an SME. This interview went fine and I enjoyed talking with SME. They promised to give me feedback by the end of that week. That was on the 25th of April. 3.5 weeks later and still no response, even though I told them that I am also in the process with another company and need an answer. I was left with the impression that their recruitment process is a total mess and wish that I'd never applied to a position at EMnify.
