I was called in for an interview. I met with the owner of the company. He asked me basic questions about what I know about the job and what type of work I've done. I told him what I knew (which was very little about assembly). He liked that I used to be a roofer and wasn't afraid of hard work. I was hired immediately pending the results for a drug test and background check.
