Interview directly with the company. First stage only. Honestly one of the worst interviews I've had in a long time. Interview was with HR person went through company info very quickly and then asked me about my work experience and threw bunch of sales related questions like a sales manager would do. Didn't ask about my goals or objectives and if these align with the company or mention anything about the company's culture and so on. Plus the interviewer allocated 30 minutes for the meeting and I was only left with 2 minutes at the end to ask any questions (which wasn't enough) and then he had to abruptly end the interview as he had another meeting to attend. Suggestion to ELMO - please respect people's time and cover the interview in stages not in a haphazard way to waste interviewee's time and then to decline to take the process further without any proper time commitment.

A positive and effective two-stage interview experience. 30 minute first stage and more detailed behavioural in the second. Good opportunity to meet a number of the team i'd be working with.
