First is with Human Resources to check for language, soft skills e.g. communication, interpersonal skills, stress management team working etc Second the technical interview with two Architects on broad range of questions on past experiences first and then on specific topics and stack they require starting from patterns, passing by frameworks, databases, agile methodologies, cloud platforms, devops and tools.
