The assessment day consists of several stages: Height Measurement: The first station is a height check to ensure you meet the minimum requirement of 1.60m. Why is height important? Passengers will rely on you for assistance with their luggage, and you will need to close the overhead compartments before takeoff. If you are too short, this may be a challenge. English Interview: The next step is an interview in English. It’s a friendly interview, but you should treat it like any other job interview. Besides assessing your English communication skills, the recruiters also want to see how you engage in a conversation. Psychometric Tests: Following the interview, you will take psychometric tests. There is no need to prepare in advance—just stay focused. These are fairly basic tests. Group Dynamics Exercise: The final stage is a group dynamics session, which is usually scheduled for a separate day.
