The whole process was a bit of a shambles and a waste of my time. I had three interviews. The first interview was with the Talent Acquisition person and was straightforward enough. Next interview was with two members of a development team which I thought went well but I discovered afterwards that there was no vacancy in that team which made the whole interview fairly pointless, The third interview which I was told would be for an automation role turned out to be an interview for a manual testing position! I was interviewed by a QA Manager and a Test Lead. The questions were fairly typical questions you'd expect for a manual testing position! The Test Manager was pleasant. Needless to say I didn't get the job and heard nothing back from the TA contact despite the time and effort spent in attending three interviews.
