I have a strong personality and can stick up for myself, but as soon as I left the room and saw the other recruiter I had to run to the toilet as for some reason I just burst in tears, and could not stop. I finally calmed down and was told, Congratulations! You made it to the final stage with the Director/CEO who just likes to introduce himself. I said, if you believe you have a right to treat people like that and they are going to tolerate it because you are EIMS, YOU ARE WRONG! I said she is the RUDEST person I have come across in my time in Barcelona and people like her should NOT be in her position. Today, it has been 4 years since this interview and nothing else has ever been as bad as that day, I also still remember everything like it was yesterday. They gave me the chance to go home and come back the next day to go the final stage, I said I would think about it. But I never went back.
