Applied online via the EE website. They then ask you to do some online tests, the usual sot of thing and they try to get a jist of you and what you're like. Then I got a call from EE recruitment wanting to schedule a phone interview, I did it the next day. She asked me basic interview questions and processed me to the next stage there and then. Took a little bit of time to arrange a suitable time for an interview but I eventually got one. Went to the store and met the manager. EE didn't email him the interview questions that they were supposed to so we had a very informal interview and discussion - job offer on the same day.

Good interview process made simple by interviewer so had a fairly simple process and understandable process. Good communication from the team and made simple by hiring manager. So fairly simple process overall

The interview was based on your ability to interact with customers. Curiosity is key for this role as any information provided by a customer can be used to create a sale i.e., if the customer mentions they are going on holiday, make sure you mention Data Roaming packages that EE offer

Professional and easy to naviagate my way around the interview and was asked a plethora of questions but it was good and in the end I managed to get the job and I have been here ever since, a very nice company to work for with many benefits
