They will bring you in for about 45-90 minutes and you will get to meet with a number of people mostly supervisors from your discipline area. They ask some experience and skill type questions but also allow you to ask as many questions as you would like. Seems they want you know as much about them as they are wanting to know about you.

The interview was the worst i have ever encountered. They had these group of people asking me questions that they did not know how to respond. Very unprofessional and uneducated.
