The design team was welcoming and friendly during the onsite meeting. Cons: I only found out in the final round that the role was fully on-site, which doesn’t work for me. Whiteboard challenge: They use an abstract design task not related to ETC’s real products. My challenge was to design a plant care app for two friends (a gardener and a developer who forgets to water plants).
