I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. The first interview was more of a ‘get to know the position’ interview, and when I responded positively to the job description I was invited to the second interview. The second interview included a brief case study. Both interviewers were friendly and professional, and there was plenty of room for me to ask questions as well.

A crucial step was missed in the interview process of a candidate you’re recruiting. What are your next steps?
Initial get to know you 30min chat, longer 30 min chat with higher up which included a (fairly easy) case study question, followed by onsite interview with several team members lasting about 4.5 hours and including lunch.

Entretien
There were three interviews over Zoom in addition to multiple in-person interviews. At the in-person interview, there was also a qualitative and quantitative exam. The interview process was definitely challenging.
