Entretien
I was given the recomendation from a co-worker at a previous job. She sent my resume in and next thing you know I had an interview. Interview was great, although the manager who interviewed me left the company I was working for at the time on bad terms and bad mouthed them quite a bit. Regardless she asked simple questions concerning competency and availability. I thought it was a sound interview.

Question 1
The only question I found difficult or unexpected was how satisfied I would be with having the same position for what could be a long time. I didn't know how to honestly say that a lack of upward mobility was a big problem. I answered by saying that I understand that there are no positions available but asked if excellent work would be a possible cause for creating a position of higher income. She said yes. She lied.
