Had an initial 30 min video call with a recruiter. Gave 3 basic coding questions and asked to write solutions in a google doc. Got a random reject mail after few days. Questions asked in the interview are so simple. Not sure on what criteria they choose to select candidates.

First round was an HR interview with a basic coding problem Second round was technical, with a slightly more difficult problem. The third round was technical, with a harder problem. I found the process a little disorganized; I had to write code in a Google Doc, only one interviewer interacted with me in the final interview. The final technical interview didn't seem like a great interview question to me.
