The interview process at E2E Networks began with an initial application screening, followed by a design assignment to evaluate problem-solving and UX thinking. This was followed by a detailed discussion of the assignment, where design decisions, trade-offs, and approach were assessed. Next, there was a technical or role-specific interview focusing on design fundamentals, tools, and practical knowledge. Finally, a behavioral round evaluated communication skills, teamwork, and cultural fit, leading to the final hiring decision. It’s essentially their way of checking whether you can think, explain your thinking, and not collapse under mild questioning. Standard ritual, just dressed differently.

Interview was conducted in a smooth manner. First round is apti and then after there is a group discussion conducted. Then there are a round of technical interviews and the n HR interview.
