In the beginning it was ok they reached out i had two interviews one with the hiring manager then a month later i was contacted and asked to have a 3rd interview i did and when it was done i sent a thank you email i then was then contacted to have a 4th interview i asked was this normal to have so many steps ? his response was they wanted to make sure everyone was the right fit for the office , I didn't get a offer only to be told the other person had 20 years exp . what a waste of time .
