Easy but thorough. They asked questions based on team work, communication skills, if there was a challenging customer how would you react, managing your workload under a tight deadline. They did an assessment to check how quick you can type and they prepared a transcript where you had to respond to a pretend customer who had a query. It was easy to do, just make sure you have the STAR responses for the typical interview questions which you can find online.
