I got shortlisted for an interview within 15 days of online application submission. The process of giving an interview, however, wasn't a good experience. On the day of interview, an hour before it was rescheduled to a different date. After the interview, they did not get back within the time initially told and no feedback was given after multiple reminders. It just reflects how things work at the organisation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone incase I know about any future opportunities.
