Very inviting was so easy as they make you very comfortable . offered drinks. Interview was meant to be for 30 mins and mine lasted 1 hour which i felt was a good sign i got the job which i did.

Very well structured and organized so both employer and potential employee can ask each other questions as well as speaking about themselves. Smooth professional interview soon after application has been approved.
The recorded interview was quite difficult due to the time limits and trying to provide a good answer within that time. Mainly competency based questions however you were only allowed very limited time to think about your answer and a short window to say your answer which makes it difficult to portray an accurate representation of yourself

very long and biased interview process, they will only choose those who meet the ‘usual agent’ the process is very long for a standard salary not worth it and definitely not with the standard of managers at this place
