You respond to a posting on Indeed and they will contact you (a gentleman) who then sets up a time for the first facetime interview. He misses this then reschedules. At this time I heard screaming from the back (was the owner). I should have run. There is then follow ups with more trained employees. It is then that they tell you about the shady training program that you need to pay thousands. You also need to pay your own way to florida, rent a car etc..

The interview was very straightforward and took place over Zoom. I was offered the position during the call with the owner. However, I did feel that she did not directly answer my questions. At times, it seemed like she talked around them rather than giving clear, specific answers.
