The process started up good and quick. The recruiter left the company and never followed up on status. His manager reached out months later and asked general questions. They didn't know much about the position and only gave basic company information.
I applied online and was contacted for an initial screening video interview. During this interview, I was told they plan to "move quickly" and that I would probably hear back on next steps in a day or two. Well, that was about two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Not sure if they're disorganized or just rude enough to ghost candidates, but I don't like my time being wasted.

Friendly call with recruiter. This was swifty followed by scheduling a call with the hiring manager. Very good scheduling tool - all powered by AI and super simple to use.
