Entretien
Got initial call from HR Manager for phone screen weeks after I'd submitted my application. Spent quite a bit of time discussing my experience and the role and was told i would be contacted early the next week to arrange face to face interview.
Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, even though i messaged the HR Manager for an update after a week.
Eventually got a call back and met with HR Manager and Finance Director.

Question 1
Interview was very long (approx 1.5 hours), although they knew i had to go to work after the meeting (on a Friday morning).
Questions were all behavioural based around dealing with difficult situations and was a very unstructured interview agenda.
Was told I'd have feedback early the next week and there would need to be a 2nd + 3rd interview.
It's been 2 weeks and i still haven't heard anything even after i messaged the HR Manager a week later for an update.
