The interview process was easy and similar to others I have had. First, a recruiter/screener contacted me and asked me if I was still interested in a position, and then she asked me to describe my experience and how it related to the position of exercise planner. We then engaged in a general conversation about my background and why I was interested in the job. At the end of the screening interview, the recruiter told me that I would be contacted by a recruiting manager. When the manager contacted me the process was similar. There were no "gotcha" questions, only specific questions about my background and why I thought I was a good fit for the job. Overall the process was professional and pleasant.
