The hiring process was fairly straight forward. I have an on-campus interview and was invited for a couple of on-site interviews afterwards before getting an offer. HR is wonderful. They are very flexible and understanding.

I met a representative from Dwyer at my college's engineering career fair and was asked to do an on-campus interview the next day. They then brought me in for an in-person interview at their headquarters in Michigan City, IN. The in-person interview was four 30-40 minute interviews with different people in the company (product manager, marketing director, district sales manager, & VP sales & marketing). A week or two later they contacted me and offered me the position.
