Was contacted by a recruiter working with Dur-A-Flex to hire this "high need" position. First interview (in-person) took place within one week of initial contact. Second interview (phone) was one week later, followed by a third phone interview two weeks later.
Following the second phone interview, I was told that the next step would be to fly to HQ in CT to meet ownership/top management. This was supposed to happen within "a couple weeks." Three weeks passed, I kept following up with recruiter, but Dur-A-Flex leadership was "very busy."
Finally, they get back to me, but the plan has changed. Now I was to meet again with the initial interview to shadow him in the field for a full day. I declined this, because it had been about two months of this process and not only had it already taken a day and more from my current job, they refused to provide me with a salary range and benefits package for the position.
They instead agreed to have me meet a high level manager at the location I'd been to before for yet another interview. The interview went well, and, as had been the case all along, they gave me the impression that I was in line for an offer.
Following this, I was contacted by the recruiter notifying me that they were passing on my for a reason that made no sense.
TLDR: "Interview process" was 3 months of leading me on through two in-person interviews, two phone interviews, and constantly changing the next steps.
I highly recommend avoiding this company.
