Extremely lengthy process with a lack of respect for candidates' time. The interview process was drawn out with an excessive number of rounds and tasks, particularly at the final stage. Their job postings remain open indefinitely, which seems to be a red flag for free labor under the guise of "finding the right cultural fit." To top it off, I was completely ghosted at the end with zero feedback. A very disappointing and disrespectful experience
