The recruiter was unresponsive after our initial discussion. I got to the final round of interviews and then never received a response on the job status. After investing a lot of time in the company, the respectful thing for them to do would be to at least inform the candidates of their decision to not move forward with the offer instead of ignoring them.

Entretien
Overall, the interview process was old, up until the last part of final feedback and decision. I felt that the recruiter was transparent throughout and set the proper next steps.
The on-site interviews were engaging and each person I talked to had good questions to ask. In the end, I didn’t get an offer which was ok as this was more so a feeler on what was out there. The recruiter could at least return my call after I got a VM about the final feedback which I could tell from the message and her tone that I wasn’t selected.
