Nate and the whole team that interviewed me made the experience very relaxed and conversational. All the questions they asked were either directly related to the job or directly related to being a fit with the company's culture and values. The interview was longer than average, I met with 7 individuals during my on-site, 30 minutes each. In the end, I was not made an offer but I fully understood their decision and the recruiter has maintained a very honest and open relationship with me since the day I applied.
