DD in Portsmouth on Woodbury ave pays VERY well to say the least. 12.50 for part time and 14 for full time. I ADORE my job. The owner of the company is a narcissistic manipulator. He treats you like you're the best employee ever and will reward u more than enough. But the VERY MOMENT you make a single mistake, your on the Shat list. He bullies his employees and treats them like he owns them just because he has such competitive pay... He and his right hand man literally bullied me out of the store. The past month he has done nothing but tell me he wants me to be able to run the store and how I'm the BEST new hire he's had in YEARS. I cant even express how bad and unhealthy of a work environment this is. Everyone is miserable and the favoritism here is disgusting. Im writing this interview purely ro warn the next person who may be considering this place as their next job. He will NOT be able to keep the store much longer. I mean 2 weeks ago we got shut down by corporate because of pink mold in the ice maker and mold in the coolatta machine on top of so many other health factors.... Please be wary if you are considering a position here.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
are you dependable? can you learn quickly and handle a LOT of stress
I was contacted via text from manager asking to set up an interview time. I asked what the salary range for the position was and got told that they won't provide any salary info until the in person interview. That's a red flag. An potential employer should always be able to provide you with a salary range so that you can decide if an in person interview is worth your time - and so that you don't waste theirs. The manager also did not introduce themselves with a name, they just texted, "I'm a manager for Dunkin". Unprofessional. So, I didn't even make it to the in person interview. Employers forget that we are interviewing them also to see how professional they are and if we do indeed want to work at said company.

The interview process was very laid back. The hiring manager just asked a lot of questions to get a better understanding of my interest and goals for the future to see if I am a good fit for the company. The hiring manager did a lot of explaining at to what the company's mission and values are.
Very easy. Nothing to worry about. Just asked about some behavioral question. Was asked if i'm ok to do overtime and able to drive if any emergencies arise. Very easy. Nothing to worry about.
