A member of the team who did not know interview process and just sat having a chat, to then tell me someone would call in a week or so when back off their holiday to do this all again, she was unable to tell me hours required, exact duties, uniform, holiday or even training.

Entretien
Pretty simple interview process, had a 121 with a manager and was asked general questions about my experience, weaknesses, strengths etc. Nothing too difficult which i was happy about as I only had a day to prepare for the interview.
Relaxed and professional staff, I was taken to the staff office for privacy and had all questions answered about the role. All staff seemed to know what was going on and worked well as a team to make me feel comfortable and accepted behind the scenes.
