Interview compromised of 3 stages after submitted a application form. First stage was a telephone interview with a Technology Business Partner (HR) about my experience and what I was looking for. Second Stage was a 30 minute interview with the hiring team. Mine compromised of the Head of Business Analysis and two Business Analysts within Data who I would work alongside if successful. The interview compromised of various questions about experience and interest in data. The final interview was based around a case study and also a variety of questions to test understanding of data mechanisms as well as how you would approach problems. The interview was with the same team but also included the Product Owner for data as well. Overall the interview process was one the best I had ever done. It was both challenging and engaging the team ask questions in a conversable way and helped work towards answers that needed a bit more clarity. The case study was well put together and the team were extremely helpful when answers were unknown and helped to aid in getting to the final answer.
