Interview process was relatively standard for the position. There was an initial call with a recruiter, then hiring manager. The next stage was a management interview followed by a technical interview.
The disappointing fact is the technical interview is ran very poorly. There is no real output advised so it is framed as a discussion but this makes it very difficult to comprehend what is actually required, especially when the interviewers seem intent on playing computer science trivial pursuit with the lines of questioning.
It is also bad practice to ask have engineers who have already worked on (and solved) these exact problems to judge a candidates opinions because there will be an obvious bias.
After very positive discussions with their recruiter and the hiring manager throughout the process they then ghosted for over a week after until I requested feedback. Feedback was promised and I provided mine but they never bothered to return their own.
Honestly the tech interview is handled so poorly I would essentially advise them to completely revisit the way they run these sessions.

Had telephonic all with HR, person on call seem too keen to find way not to proceed to next level. From experience seem one of those calls where calls done just to increase count.

Initial reach out via Linkedin, then a screening call, followed by a series of Zoom calls to assess different areas (e.g. behavioural, technical).
The people were very, very friendly and exhibited the company culture throughout.

Entretien
I only had a screening with a recruiter. He was clearly washing up his dishes during the call, and very audibly typing when I was answering questions. The latter is of course fine but it was as loud as his voice and I can't lie - the whole situation was really distracting. To top it off, he ghosted me after promising a few things. For a company that professes a desire to invest in people, it was one of the poorer experiences with a recruiter that I've ever had, and the whole set up made it pretty difficult to give a decent response. Bit of a shame really.
