A phone interview followed by an online assessment and then a lengthy technical interview, followed by a parallel coding round.
The frontend interview was quite lengthy and the interviewer was hardly clear on his own concepts and wordings. Couldn't understand most of the questions, as the vocabulary and verbadge was very unclear, because of the accent. There very less questions related to day to day work(I. E developing interfaces using react) , more questions from the documentation(Mozilla and w3) and the basics of JS.
The backend interview was good. Felt it was more of a deep dive.
