For me this was an utterly disappointed experience. Specifically at this level. The conversations where: Recruitment Call Hiring Manager Call Asked to submit documents Stakeholder Call Back to HR for another call Everything had to go fast fast, urgent. And after my final conversation: I was ghosted. It took 8 weeks and countless follow-ups to get a: we went with someone else email. As another review states, they do very well in getting your hopes up. Without my persistent follow-up they most likely had 0 intention of ever getting back to me. And I dont understand why an organization like that, for a role at this level would give this kind of an impression. Feels like I dodged a bullet.

Was scheduled to be interviewed by two people, one that reached out to me via LinkedIn and the other being a more senior HR professional. The more senior party simply didn't show and so the very congenial but junior employee was left to lead the process.
