It was a 1 on 1 interview at their headquarters. The meeting was pretty standard; talk about work experience, education, and answer one of those questionnaires that ask about your customer service skills. It was professional yet very casual. The female interviewer was really nice.

Entretien
I went to a job fair September 28 and a day later (29) received a call to go in for store interview for the 30. Not sure if it went good or bad, meet some of the staff interviewed with assistant manager. I was told I'm waiting on the rest of my background check to be reviewed and that was on 7 of October. So almost two weeks and haven't heard anything back. Is that a bad thing? How long does the back ground check take?

Entretien
I went through a 3rd party screening process. This was a group interview setting with 30+ people competing to answer 5 screening questions for multiple companies. we were then paired with job opportunities based on our skills and resumes. I was advanced and interview with a DR District Manager in the same day. I was sent an email offer. The location was unionized so, there was no room for negotiation. I was given an "on-boarding session" date which consisted of multiple new hires all filling out HR paper work together and discussing and questions they had. The orientation is a week long process that is held in a classroom setting.
