The interview process with pretty standard, initial phone interview with HR to discuss what I was looking for and to make sure that the position would be a good fit. The next phone interview, maybe 3 hours later, was with the Director of Finance who explained more about the position and what they were looking to get out of this role. The third interview was in person where I met with 3-4 people, toured the office and got a better feel for the company.
