J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Drybar (Dallas, TX) en mars 2019
Entretien
I went into the salon waited like 10 minutes, then store manager came we interviewed on the floor. She asked my hours, if I was certified, why I wanted to work there.. after this interview they wanted a technical interview which I didn't do because they were offering minimum wage I didn't find it reasonable.

First was a sit down interview with the manager, which was scheduled by a recruiter. Then came back and auditioned with a model a blowout and curls. It was pretty straightforward.
Easy interview - your availability and you do a test run of doing someone’s blow out. You bring a client to style and show you can do a service within 45mins.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Drybar (Newport Beach, CA)
Entretien
Interview was casual, I had worked at a previous location, so I felt like it wasn't as in depth for that reason. It was two parts, one was just a chat with the hiring manager, the other was a half day of technical styling on clients to prove you can do the styles.
