An employee connected me with the recruiter. We scheduled a meeting within a week and I ended up interviewing with 3 people separately. The response, however, took a significant amount of time. I only got a solid confirmation about 2 months after. However, it has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. Although the company is growing by the minute, it still feels very tight-knit.

I was invited to an interview through a recruiter. I met the director of creative services and one creative director and had a pleasant interview. They asked a lot about my personal experience and what influences my creativity besides the work environment. I came in one more time to meet two more creative directors, showed my work and talked more about the projects at Droga and the overall process in detail. About one weeks later i had a contract.
