Phone interview to start after an employee referred me to senior management. After phone introductions, the CEO called and had several discussions asking very detailed and specific questions regarding my background, experience and education. A couple weeks later we were able to schedule a face to face interview that was about as comprehensive and detailed as I had ever experienced. The CEO was extremely professional and diligent in interviewing me for the position.
