First contacted by the Manager for a phone interview. She followed up over email to schedule an in-person interview. It was a relatively normal interview, about 1 hour long. She was very professional and laid back. Atmosphere was welcoming. Next step was an interview with the owner. I was 5 min early but owner was 30 min late to interview, and the interview lasted for 2.5 hrs. Very uncomfortable interview and I followed up with the manager to let her know I found another position. I had not, but left feeling uncomfortable and lost interest in working with this company.
