Pretty easy and straight forward, they ask about technical background and projects that you have worked on. Tell me about yourself, Ans this beam problem. material properties questions depending on department you are applying for
First a resume review, then an initial interview about interests and past background followed by a technical interview with the head of the project that I would be working on.
The interview process probably varies by the role you're applying for, but my interview was really straightforward. The employer just wanted to talk about my resume and tell me about the role just to verify that the role would be a good fit for me.
