I received an email for an interview for CSR 1 with Taxwell which is a part of the Drake company. The recruiter reached out with a TaxAct email as part of the Drake Software Talent Acquisition Team. She left me a link to schedule the interview with Calendly. After I set it up I emailed her to confirm as well, for good communication practices. Two days later my interview arrived and she was a no call no show. Imagine working for a company and you don't actually do your job and no call no show. That's called you should be fired. Worse yet, I rescheduled on Calendly for the following Monday and in the notes said I did not receive my scheduled call. She ignored it and missed that one as well. I dodged working for this company if this is a sign of things to expect. I'm excited for AI to make recruiters skill sets null and void and leave them without jobs.

Very informative, professional & Respectful. Was undoubtedly very friendly and helped me through onboarding , paperwork, & appointments. Kudos to the Recruiting Team. And to the whole Onboarding Staff! Yay
