Very informal, manager was quick talking as if trying to sell me on this pathetic job. Reminded me of an old Amway Salesman. Was over promised and under delivered. No phone allowance as stated in interview, commission structure was different than stated, and was not a lead based system as stated. All cold calling and door knocking. That doesn't work in this day and age!
